Indoor Triathlon
- Sunday, February 15th
Join the MVP Athletic Club team for an Indoor Triathlon for ages 13+! Event includes a 20-minute Swim, 20-minute Bike and a 20-minute Run, all within the walls of MVP Athletic Club. All ability levels are WELCOME!
Cost: $50/Members; $65/Non-Members.


Triathlon Training
Triathlon Training is an extensive 10-week program that prepares women and men for their first triathlon or can enhance their abilities as a beginner/intermediate triathlete. The training will lead up to a sprint triathlon September 6, 2008!

Program Includes:

● Aerobic Fitness Building
● Improve Swim, Bike & Run Technique
● Speed Training
● Transition Skills & more!

Day Time Frequency
Tu/Th 6:00-7:00am 2 day/wk

Fitness Floor Basics - Ages 13-17
This is a mandatory training session for teen members ages 13 to 17. We strive for the safest, most effective programming for all areas of the club. With regard to strength and aerobic training, we believe teens age 13 to 17 can achieve major fitness benefits from this type of training, provided this training is done correctly. For this reason, Fitness Floor Basics is designed to direct and educate our youth membership as to proper technique, training methods and overall safety on the Fitness Floor. In this program, a fitness team member provides basic information about the body and the benefits of exercise through a brief discussion. A demonstration is conducted on the equipment. Following the demonstration, they are able to participate in a short period of supervised practical application. Sign up is required.
