Indoor Triathlon - Sunday, December 7th
Join the MVP Sportsplex team for our annual Indoor Triathlon for ages 13+! Event includes a 20-minute Swim, 20-minute Bike and a 20-minute Run, all within the walls of MVP Sportsplex. Heats start at 7:30am. All ability levels are WELCOME! PLUS-5 Personal Training sessions for this event, only $200!

Fit Life for Moms
This program will provide pre-natal and post-partum mothers a network of support, education and exercise related to pregnancy. Will allow mothers to maintain or improve their fitness level in a safe and supportive manner.

Triathlon Training
Triathlon Training is an extensive three-phase program that prepares women and men for their first triathlon or can enhance their abilities as a beginner/intermediate triathlete. The six-week program includes:
Phase One - Introduction to building aerobic fitness through biking, walk/run, swimming. Basic skills and fitness enhancement with some muscular strength/endurance components specific sport.
Phase Two - Refine skills and introduce more interval training, bricks (bike/run) and continue swimming skills and efficiency.
Phase Three - Refine skills, continue challenging aerobic fitness, speed training and transition skills to be completely prepared for race situation.

Youth Programs


Kid’s Yoga - Ages 7-12
Designed for children to learn yoga poses through play and games, reduced stress and improve strength and flexibility. Classes are divided by age group.

Kid’s Martial Arts - Ages 5-12
This is a four-week class that meets once or twice per week. Kid’s Martial Arts is for all skill levels and is an excellent form of teaching self-defense, weight control, conditioning, discipline, concentration and self-control.
