This body transformation and lifestyle modification contest is open to members. The program is designed to offer professional fitness and nutritional guidance to encourage participating members to reach their fitness and lifestyle goals. Nutrional support with Nutrition Consultant available.

Triathlon Training
Triathlon Training is an extensive three-cycle program that prepares women and men for their first triathlon or can enhance their abilities as a beginner/intermediate triathlete. The six-week cycles include:

  • Phase One: Introduction to building aerobic fitness through biking, walk/run, swimming. Basic skills and fitness enhancement with some muscular strength/endurance components specific sport.
  • Phase Two: Refine skills and introduce more interval training, bricks (bike/run) and continue swimming skills and efficiency.
  • Phase Three : Refine skills, continue challenging aerobic fitness, speed training and transition skills to be completely prepared for race situation.

Ultimate Fitness Training

This cross-training program is for advanced cardiovascular fitness levels. Class includes speed training, jump rope training, agility training, and strength training with Free Motion machines, Technogym® Circuit Training, and the use of medicine and physioballs for an exciting total body workout.

Fit Life for Moms

This program will provide pre-natal and post-partum mothers a network of support, education and exercise related to pregnancy. Will allow mothers to maintain or improve their fitness level in a safe and supportive manner.
